With over a decade of experience in public education, I’ve served as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal. Now, as a Data and Continuous Improvement Partner, I support school leaders in using data to make informed decisions that improve teaching and learning. I focus on helping educators build systems that support strong instruction and lead to better outcomes for all students.

Whether I’m helping principals find meaningful stories in their data or facilitating professional learning aligned to the PLC process, my goal is to build capacity, spark curiosity, and help schools create meaningful, measurable progress.

When I’m not diving into spreadsheets or supporting schools, you can find me cooking, watching true crime shows, or hanging out with my husband and our three dogs in Tulsa.
