Dr. Christine Russell

Christine has provided MTSS technical assistance and evaluation supports state-wide to schools, districts, and ISDs through Michigan's MTSS Technical Assistance grant. Prior to her work with this grant, she served on faculty at Western Michigan University and spent four years as a school psychologist. She is currently working within Oxford Community Schools supporting the further development of MTSS system, practices, and program evaluation. Christine has completed a Doctor of Education degree from Western Michigan University in the area of special education.
