About this Presenter

I’m an Assistant Principal with a strong foundation in student support and a passion for helping all learners succeed. I hold dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and in Family Studies & Child Development, as well as a Master’s degree in Education with a focus in Special Education.

Before stepping into school leadership, I worked as an Intervention Specialist and gained valuable experience in supporting student mental health while working at a behavioral school. These roles deepened my understanding of the behavioral and social-emotional needs of students and fueled my commitment to equity and whole-child education.

I’ve designed and implemented tiered interventions within the MTSS model, using data to drive decision-making and monitor student progress. I believe that when we meet students where they are and respond with the right supports, we create an environment where every child can thrive.
