Rick Kutcher is more than a speaker—he's a transformative force. As a TEDx speaker and seasoned leadership coach, Rick offers a fresh perspective on communication and leadership. His expertise in education has empowered countless educators to become dynamic, confident speakers. Rick helps individuals overcome fear, find their authentic voice, and lead with clarity.

As an Administrative Specialist supporting superintendents, principals, and teachers in Central Texas, Rick’s work revolves mostly around data in education. He supports multiple data applications, provides support and resources around data, and hosts an annual Data Symposium, where experts from around the state and country gather to explore topics centered on data in education.

Rick currently lives just outside of Austin, Texas. He is an active musician, playing trumpet in several ensembles in the area.
