Over the past five years we have implemented High school grade level support teams. This presentation is high level overview of High School Grade level support teams, but more importantly the data needed to move students forward and implement student support. We will create a Support team document that can be used to track students over time using Google Sheets and your student information system. Specifically Powerschool.
